ORDERS

Installments:
- Shop Pay Installments: Split purchases from $50 to $999.99 into four interest-free, bi-weekly payments.

Yes — but only if the order has not been fulfilled or shipped yet.
Because our warehouse processes orders quickly (usually within 24–48 business hours), we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters processing.
If the order has already shipped: You may request a return once it arrives. Shipping costs (outgoing + return) will be deducted from the refund total.
If your order has not been processed yet, we can update your address for you.
Email us immediately at help@pink-mask.com with your order number and correct address.
If the order has already been shipped, you may try contacting the carrier directly — but address changes are not always possible.
If neither order has been fulfilled yet, we may be able to merge them and refund one shipping fee (if applicable).

For U.S. orders:

For international orders:

What happens if I refuse a package or decline customs fees? (International Orders)
If you refuse customs charges or deny the package and it is returned to us, the order will be refunded minus all shipping costs (outgoing + return).
All orders are shipped from our facility in Lantana, Florida, USA.
RETURN & REFUND
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
– Unused and in their original condition
– In original packaging
– Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Yes. All Pink Mask products are Vegan, Cruelty-Free, PETA Certified, and 13-Free.
We formulate without harmful chemicals such as toluene, DBP, formaldehyde, and more—prioritizing clean, responsible beauty for both professionals and clients.
Our 13-Free formula means our products are made without the 13 most concerning ingredients found in traditional nail products. This includes: Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resins, Camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, TTP, HQ/MeHQ, MIT, Parabens, Animal-derived ingredients, and Gluten. While we do not hold an official hypoallergenic certification, our entire line is formulated without MMA, produced in certified facilities, and meets strict regulatory standards.
Our priority is safety, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Most Pink Mask products are formulated without HEMA to help reduce the risk of sensitivities—including our PolyGels, which are completely HEMA-free.
Our Gel Colors do contain HEMA, but all products remain 13-Free and meet international safety requirements.
