RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

Pink Mask, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you’ll find all the details regarding returns, cancellations, exchanges, and order issues.

Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pink-mask.com.

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: Both outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

 

Refunds

Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you received:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item

Contact us immediately at hello@pink-mask.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
We may request clear photos as evidence to process the claim.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Return the product following our return process
  2. After your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want

Order Cancellations

We typically process and prepare shipments within 24 hours for in-stock items.

You may cancel or modify an order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.

To request a cancellation, email hello@pink-mask.com as soon as possible with your order number.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel and refund your payment (when possible) and confirm via email
  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then request a return
  • Both outgoing and returning shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund total

Courses Refund Policy

We believe deeply in the quality of our online course content.
Please note that online courses are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

  • If any item in your order is no longer available, we will ship the rest of your items and offer a refund or exchange for the unavailable product
    Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed
