ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 48 business hours. Once prepared, your package is shipped from our facility in Lantana, Florida.
Please note that during holidays, special releases, or high-volume weeks, processing times may experience slight delays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on distance and carrier transit times.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 USD (before taxes).

As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size. Delivery times vary by country and can range from 3 to 30 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Please keep in mind that
customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in product prices and may be charged upon arrival. These fees differ by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, the rest of your order will ship normally, and our team will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange for the missing product.

Customs, Duties & Returns Due to Refusal

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to accept delivery, a refund will be issued once the package returns to our facility. Both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
