Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within one business day.
Shipments and deliveries also occur on weekends. In case we were experiencing a high volume of orders, it could be a delay in the orders processing.
During Holidays we could experience some delay due to the carriers delay.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email or message to your cell phone with an estimated shipping time and also you will be able to track your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Both outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When products are in stock, we normally dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your order number at email@example.com
If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel the order and refund the costs using the original payment method (when possible), and we will be confirming our action via e-mail.
However, if the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail your confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until you receive the goods. You must contact us upon their arrival before we can process either returns and/or a refund to your account. Both outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any mistake. We will ask for evidence of the problem via pictures.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
